1Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Cannon Unjam: Pixel Blast ("the Game", "we", "our" or "us") handles information when you install, open and play the Game. The Game is developed and published by BIEXCE Technology Investment & Solutions Company Limited.

Cannon Unjam: Pixel Blast is a single-player puzzle game: you unjam cannons to blast pixel pictures and collect them in your album. The whole game can be played offline. It has no user accounts, no online leaderboard, no chat, no advertising and no in-app purchases.

2Crash reports

To keep the Game stable, it uses Google Firebase Crashlytics. When the Game crashes or hits a serious error, a crash report is sent the next time you open the Game. A report may contain:

  • Error details: the error message and where in the code it happened (stack trace).
  • Device and app information: device model, operating system version, app version, free memory and storage, screen orientation, and whether the device is rooted.
  • A Crashlytics installation ID: a random identifier Firebase uses to count how many installations a crash affects. It is not linked to your name, email, phone number or advertising ID, and it changes if you reinstall the Game.
  • Game context: the level you were playing and the last screens opened before the crash.

We use this information only to find and fix bugs. Google processes it on our behalf; see firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

3Information we do not collect

We do not ask for or collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, address or identity documents.
  • Your location, contacts, calendar, photos, camera or microphone.
  • Passwords, social media profiles or payment information.
  • Your advertising ID. The Game shows no ads and does not track you for advertising.

4Game data on your device

The Game saves your progress only on your device so you can continue where you left off:

  • Levels completed and the level you are on.
  • The pixel pictures unlocked in your album.
  • Your booster counts (Hint, +1 Slot, Lift).
  • Which tutorial steps you have already seen.
  • Settings: music, sound and vibration on or off.

This data is never uploaded and there is no cloud save. We do not use it to contact you, identify you or build any profile.

5Permissions

The Game uses only these basic permissions, none of which show a pop-up:

  • Internet and network state: to send crash reports. The game itself works offline.
  • Vibration: for haptic feedback. You can turn it off in Settings.
  • Wake lock: used briefly by Firebase to finish sending a crash report.

It does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos or storage access.

6Ads, analytics and tracking

The Game does not show advertisements, sell anything in-app, use analytics to profile players, or track you across other apps or websites.

The only third-party service is Firebase Crashlytics, described in Section 2. We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

7Game art and audio

All pictures, sounds, music and fonts are bundled inside the Game and play locally. Sound effects are by Kenney (kenney.nl) and the music is "Happy Clappy Loop" by OwlishMedia, both released under the CC0 public-domain licence. These assets do not collect or send any information.

8Children's privacy

Cannon Unjam: Pixel Blast is a general-audience game with colourful, cartoon visuals. It does not ask anyone, including children, for personal information, and players cannot type, share or publish anything. Crash reports contain only the technical information listed in Section 2.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.

9Data retention and deletion

Game data on your device stays until you uninstall the Game or clear its data in Settings → Apps → Cannon Unjam → Storage → Clear data.

Crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for 90 days and then deleted automatically. To have them deleted sooner, email us your device model and the approximate date of the crash.

10Security

Crash reports are sent to Google Firebase over encrypted HTTPS connections. We collect as little as possible, and only our development team can view crash reports.

11Changes to this policy

We will update this Privacy Policy if the Game adds features that handle data differently, such as ads, analytics, in-app purchases, cloud saves, leaderboards or accounts. We will post the updated policy on this page.
